The management team is led by Nicholas G. Hall, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hall has over twenty-five years of experience in financial and operational management and is a proven leader in the field. Mr. Hall is the Chief Executive Officer of Action Online Technologies, and is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities and strategic growth of the company, as
well as the financial and administrative activities of the company.
Mr. Hall has held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Hollywood Media Corp., a publicly held entertainment media company, where he was responsible for the strategic growth of the company and the operational management of its six divisions. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer of Hair Club for Men, the foremost hair replacement specialist with over 75 owned and franchised centers nationwide, and before this, General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. division of Allders International then,
the second largest duty free retailer in the world.
Mr. Hall has considerable operational management experience. By combining this with his financial expertise, he prepared and implemented a plan to reduce and control expenditure and exploit economies of scale at Hollywood Media Corp,
and participated in planning and executing strategic acquisitions and leading the company through a tremendous growth period. At Hair Club for Men, he successfully relocated the company from New York to Boca Raton, Florida, and by establishing financial stability prepared the company for growth and successfully positioned the company for acquisition. At Allders International he was responsible for returning the division to profitability and five years successive growth, and for merging its East and West Coast based operations.
Mr. Hall is a graduate of the London Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
